The rules for using Klic, in plain language. By using the app you agree to everything below.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Klic, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old — or the age of digital consent in your country, if it's higher — to use Klic. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
The service
Klic lets you send messages, make voice and video calls, and share photos, videos, and files with people you know. The service is provided as-is by Pavel Stepanov. We work hard to keep Klic fast and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Zero tolerance for abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Klic. None. The following gets your content removed and your account banned:
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment or bullying of any kind
- Hate speech targeting any group or person
- Threats, incitement, or glorification of violence
- Sexual exploitation of any kind — content involving minors results in an immediate ban and a report to the relevant authorities
- Impersonating other people or organizations
- Spam, scams, or deceptive behavior
Klic gives you in-app tools to report and block anyone. We review every report, remove violating content, and eject offending users within 24 hours.
Your content
You own everything you send on Klic. By using the service, you grant Klic a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service — delivering your messages, calls, and media to the people you send them to, across your devices. That's it. We don't use your content for anything else.
Account termination
Klic may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from within the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Klic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or losses arising from your use of the service, beyond what applicable law requires.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date below. Continuing to use Klic after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
