Delete your Klic account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — instantly from the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.
Option A — In the app (instant)
Open Klic and go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Delete Account Now. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option B — Without the app
Email us at privacy@klic.pstepanov.devfrom any address with the subject "Account deletion request", stating your Klic username. We process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- All your messages and media
- Hashed contact data
- Push notification tokens
What may be retained briefly
Moderation reports involving the account may be kept for up to 90 days for safety and legal reasons, then purged. Nothing else is retained.
